Immigration boss rolls out enhanced e-passports in P/Harcourt

The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Muhammad Babandede, will officially roll out the enhanced e-passports in Port Harcourt, River State, on Tuesday, February 18.

The event, which will be declared open by the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, at the Nigeria Immigration Service, Rivers State Command, 8/10, Mile 1, Aba Road,  Port Harcourt, Rivers State by 10am.

According to a statement issued by the Comptroller of Immigration Service, River State Command, Mr. Adegoke, “the enhanced e-passports have 32 pages and 64 pages, with the option of five years and 10 years validity.

“The quality of the e-passport is better with the introduction of polycarbonate technology, in line with global best practice”.
